I suppose that ISN’T necessary from a functional standpoint, but always helps to keep your equipment clean and free of carbon. NeTx.

Mar 13, 2022 · The common issue with the SRO ( on many guns, not just Staccatos ) is the snorkel hanging over the ejection port, especially with a high mount "like the standard DUO plate". That said I never had an issue with the SRO on my XC and you can reduce the gap with a CHPWS plate. I've also seen several people running SRO's on C2's without issue.
