Has its uses in 6man pvp where you can spam to aow into the back of people fighting for cheap kills. I use it only for its ash of war. As a regular weapon, I don't find its moveset particularly good, especially for pvp. The ash of war is also fantastic against practically every ash summon in the arena as well.
Weapon skill semi-staggers most small-slightly large enemies. Just depends on your build really since faith is the only scaling damage, somber it to 10 and have 30-40+ faith it should be your best short/sword. Although the final boss fight I did switch it out for my full upgraded wyrm sword, so idk how it compares on that fight really. Sacred Scorpion Charm - Increase holy attack damage but lowers damage negation. Ritual Sword Talisman - Increases attack power when at full health. Marika's Soreseal - Greatly raises mind, intelligence, faith and arcane but you will take 15% increased damage. Two Fingers Heirloom - Increases faith.
Also the sacred relic sword isn’t Radagon. It’s just the sword of the elden beast. It does contain Radagon’s power (since the elden beast IS the Elden Ring, the source of Marika and Radagon’s power) but it isn’t Radagon himself. It’s likely just symbolism. Sword of a god vs sword of a god-slayer.
