As for best PvE weapons, you won't have access yet to what I'd consider the two best choices, Drakeblood Greatsword and Red Iron Twinblades. Never had to change it. So Ricards has the best dex scaling but medium base dmg, while the Espada has great dex scaling as well and higher base dmg.
